1. Fat doesn't make you fat. Overeating does. I could understand believing the whole fat in your diet = fat in your body thing as a toddler, but seriously, grow up already and learn about nutrition. Carbs are more fattening than anything, by the way.
2. The yolk of an egg is one of the most nutritious things you can eat. The white has nothing. Eggs in their whole form are a complete, incredibly healthy food with tons of vitamins and a near perfect ratio of fat, protein, and carbs.

god the heat she's using is low as hell. you can make an omellete with extremely high heat without burning butter or ruining the eggs.
