@PacificCircle1 Apparently they have very good building standards. Not sure exactly what those standards are, but they were expected to withstand most earthquakes. Unfortunately the earthquake which struck late last year probably would have pre-weakened structures and this one would have been the straw that broke the camels back. @PacificCircle1 Apparently they have very good building standards. Not sure exactly what those standards are, but they were expected to withstand most earthquakes. Unfortunately the earthquake which struck late last year probably would have pre-weakened structures and this one would have been the straw that broke the camels back. My thoughts & prayers are with NZ x

But they chose to ignore it and move on from it, scientists had predicted it would happend again, and so it did. No suprises there really. This could also be a warning of 2012 dooms day. Right I may sound ignorant by saying that I don't know what haarp is, but the fact is that New Zealand has a massive sodding fault line right down the middle, the Alpine Fault Line, the country is basically split in half (east-west), each half on a different tectonic plate, ergo we get a great many earthquakes here. It's the way the world works, things move, end of story.

I still hold to my Niigata '07 example.
The Japanese were threatened, and then, right on cue, the Kashiwazaki-Kariwa nuclear power plant was hit by a quake.
Still, that is not conclusive evidence, so it is a bit of a waste of time if one is aiming to expose those in power.
