  • 1 cup fat free plain yogurt. splash o' milk. little bit of sugar free chocolate syrup (optional banana) blend it up and drink it. you can add whey if you want. it's pretty damn good.

  • i've been worked in the gym for about one and a half year and my fat percentage is about 4, percent is that ok ?or do I need to take it to 0 to be more ripped i wheight 70 kilos and i'm 16...i would appreciate any advice

  • wow, no DO NOT TAKE IT TO 0, cuz im pretty certain that is anorexic even 4 is a bit too low i kno people how have a BFP at 12 and have chiselled abs, i would take it up a bit, just keep up the cardio and you should be fine -

    there are 2 types of people in this world, the ones who get ripped really easilly and the ones hu it takes forever to get ripped ( like me nd u ) but when u do get ripped you will feel more pride than ever becuase u have worked for it unlike the other guys

  • Just cut the chocolate milk and add skim milk, 1% milk, or 100% orange juice and you've already made it way better tasting than just water and protein and it'll be way less fattening. I blend 100% OJ, frozen strawberries, non fat yogurt, and add oatmeal in the mornings. I have two of these a day plus regular meals and have lost 1-2 lbs a week consistently while gaining mass. There are a lot of fruits that are longer lasting carbs out there. Guess it depends how extreme your cutting phase is

  • i'd think so. he said be creative and you can replace the milk with things like fruit etc etc

  • ice cream has about 50-60% fat so its probably not a good idea unless you are very skinny.

  • mainly bad, good fats are ussually in olive oils and nuts.
