  • After having watched Pig, Luster and the Devil's Chair I can safely say that Adam Mason is the future of horror. I'm going to endure to veiw all of his films, and any yet to come

  • This is great! Just watched Broken on DVD, and searched for this after watching the making-of doc for Broken. Gripping, thought-provoking stuff.

  • The flim Pig you shot Adam I cannot find, I think you pissed them off so badly it was banned in the U.S. Yet in my opinion in regards to horror or that term gore porn well you really knocked the hell out of it with Pig that was difficult to watch yet I wish I could find it; for shock value.

  • hackneyed and laughable...sorry, Adam.

  • @burdinus I hate to disagree with your detailed, thoughtful review, burdinus, but the humor is clearly intentional. This short is an entertaining, and sadly accurate representation of the American Right-Wing Rebel mindset. The demographic that vehemently believes our country is headed in the wrong direction, not because of our lack of institutionalized compassion, but because our government has become too tolerant of black people.

  • Hey there quick question for you...

Is this the Adam Mason that worked Gaz at Hail weston? I'd mention the companys name but i hear if you say it more than once a year your mystically teliported back to the place.

  • we made this for a few thousand pounds... which mainly went on us flying out to norway from england on easyjet! We had a crew of five i think.. was a good laugh, all things considered!

and sexmoron is right about hansen.. he wasn't physical with the women at all

we have a feature script about him that is kind of fargo-esque i guess, and is a lot more true to the facts

  • I saw another version of your movie. Was a bit more like a trailer, you had Bon Jovi and the Stones playing underneath. It was funnier - and therefore even more disturbing. Saying that I liked it feels odd because it's so sick.

I wonder how your budget was and how long it took you from start to finish.

And the guy who plays Hanson is brilliant.

  • Yeah, that was well done. But, I think it is more correct to say the film was "inspired" by Hansen rather than "based" on Hansen. I don't think that your film represents his actual psychological motivations. I'm also not sure of the M.O. - I'd have to refer to his biography again, but I don't believe Hansen was all that physical with the women, I think he just shot them.

But your film is pretty shocking.

  • try reading the book fair game gives alot more acurate meaning of how twisted he truely is

  • that was a interesting and well done film, now i want to get out of alaska more :P
