@vengancefrom1979 G'day... Did y' realise that in 1969, NASA's biggest year ever (when they launched 3 Moonshots) ; the annual NASA Budget would've run the US Defence Dept for 3 Days. So, for half the VietVets Dead & Wounded, Missing & Crazy, half the POWs, half the Submarines & Bombers & Tanks & Missiles to fight Commies...; AmeriKa could've had 182.5 Moon-Shots, in 1969 alone ! All the same resources & energy & pollution & engineering & Gov't Contracts.
most particles in space are travelling at thousands of miles an hour relative to the moon, when they strike they are more likely to form molten masses rather than dust.
Was there any video of an actual moon walk of any length, it seems that most of the shots or video is limited to a very small and confined area. They're on the Moon? Why not traverse a little ways, say longer than a movie studio set
@JesusNonEnviromental If You care to search, there's a video of an almost 360 degree pan from one of the lunar landings here on Youtube. A "moonscape" all around... Sorry, but I don't remember what it's called.
There's also a video showing a film taken with the filmcamera on a moving Rover. That clearly shows that it's not a studio. The Rover travels several hundred (thousands?) feet, the light is just the same (from ONE very bright source) and no studio walls in sight.
@YDDES If we actually walked on the moon or not is irrelivant because after 50 yrs it doesnt seem to have been that big of a step for mankind as we now move from an industrial and technological era back to Green and Lean cave dwelling and looking for a place to part those Space Shuttles in a warehouse somewhere
@JesusNonEnviromental It actually DOES matter. As far as we know, we may be the ONLY species in the entire Universe that has, by our own power, left our planet and reached another celestial body.
That WAS a "Giant Leap", even if it hasn't been repeated so many times. And may never be done again, if the people controlling the money say: "Nope!"
@YDDES Ok, it matters because you say it does. You refer to yourself as a "species" so you believe in evolution and that these men who walked on the moon are descendants of Apes which played in the trees and ate their own dung. Now I know why you believe man walked on the moon because if you can believe that we are "space monkeys" then you can believe anything How about UFOs?
@JesusNonEnviromental UFO means "Unidentified Flying Object". I believe that people see "flying objects" they can't identify. I don't believe aliens from other planets visit us.
@YDDES Im impressed Heaven is the only other place which has life outside the solar system. Jesus ascended into the sky and disappeared as the disciples watched
@JesusNonEnviromental Well, You are free to believe so. But, do You have any evidence that just that book, out of thousands of scriptures claiming they have the ultimate TRUTH, is right?
@YDDES You don't have evidence that there will be a tomorrow, but Im sure you're prepared to get up tormorrow. I believe the bible is the only Truth that exists on the earth that hasn't been tainted by the sin of men. I don't trust any other source, but you're free to do so. I believe the way I do because when I accepted Jesus as Lord, I was changed from a natural man to an Elect of God, I've been indwelt by the Holy Spirit which enables me to believe things that are impossible for others
@JesusNonEnviromental OK, You'r welcome to do so. But, be adviced that people with other religions are just as sure that THEY are right, and also feel it in their harts.
For me, the observations of the reality around us is a much more certain way to come as near to the truth as possible, than to read old books written by people who didn't know why the seasons shift, why the wind blows or where the rain comes from. We have no evidence that they were actually inspired by any "Higher Power".
@JesusNonEnviromental Funny, I think the same thing about people who believe in talking snakes and Noah's Ark. If you can believe that nonsense, you can believe anything. :)
It falls because of the gravity, just because it's the moon doesn't mean it doesn't have gravity. It has 1/6 the amount of gravity then earth. That's why it wobbles
@LordLargePhallis I hope you realise that to remain in orbit, a craft must be moving around 17,000mph. In the video you referenced, there is no motion apparent to the image of the Earth.
Learn some basics on orbital mechanics. It will help.
@krisdevalle Whether the spacecraft was moving at 17,000mph or 17mph it doesn't explain how close the Earth actually was to it as PROVEN in the film, and the deliberate attempt to conceal that fact and deceive the viewer.
Take your head out of your ass little Sheeple boy, and address the issue. They are NOT anywhere near the Moon in this film, and therefore they never landed there.
@LordLargePhallis If they weren't moving that fast, they would be plummeting toward the Earth and it would be growing larger in the window.
You can insult me all you like, but this is simple physics. For a stable orbit, you must be moving at a high speed. Take a look at views from the ISS, other space stations, or the shuttle.
@krisdevalle And your point is what? With the proximity to the Earth and the distance of the circumference, there would be no noticeable change in appearance in a 2 second shot.
And now back to THIS video... why does the hammer wobble and then fall over in the vacuum of space?
@LordLargePhallis So now you're claiming to be knowledgeable on orbital mechanics, and feel experienced enough to claim that there would be no change in the appearance of Earth.
So did the capsule just 'hide' in orbit for 10 days, did it? Despite even amatuer astronomers being able to view it.
As for the hammer, I could drop a hammer in some sand here on Earth and replicate the effects. If wobbles because it lands in a dusty pile.
@krisdevalle YES, the hammer would wobble on Earth IF and ONLY IF their was a string or attached to the top. Sand or a dusty pile gives way and would allow the object to either fall STRAIGHT over OR become lodged into the depths of it and remain upright at and angle. NO WOBBLE whatsoever... you're delusional.
Speaking of delusions, explain the completely un-natural lighting (aka: spotlight Sun)...
@LordLargePhallis Have you tested this? Multiple times? To rule out that possibility? Or are you just making it up, ie... guessing?
Until you can rule out the possibility then you're making empty claims.
As fo the 'spotlight', we can see the kind of spotlight array required, even today, to light up a field with even, bright light - the argument that a spotlight existed that was more powerful than anything we have today is quite flawed.
@krisdevalle Where are YOUR debunking "multiple tests"? Where are the videos that explain the un-natural reflected lighting pattern as those questioned in the video, or the computer enhanced photographs of the "Sun" to disprove the findings that it was indeed a spotlight? Where is YOUR video of a hammer falling into sand and wobbling at the top in a vacuum before it falls flat? What are YOUR credentials in "Orbital Mechanics"?
Typical sheeple apologist for their lying government responses.
@theintenetisthenwo AHA! its a government conspiracy! They really did land on the moon, but faked the experiment just to keep the masses sleeping in the false belief that objects fall at the same rate in a vacuum regardless of mass! And the evil government almost got away with it.
Personally I don't really care about the moon debate. I thought they did go to the moon until I read Dave McGowan's opinions. He was pretty convincing, but this video looks pretty good. I'm leaning back to real, but wouldn't bet my life on it.
Many things would fall "fast" as there's no air friction to slow them down... And the acceleration of every object would be equal... The video looks pretty much real(As it probably is).
LOL, that is because it was film in huston so the delay from the moon has already occured, lack of air makes the dust fall faster than you may think, why is there no dust cloud drifting in the air? for me this scene is real/
@leyk17 Open your eyes and explain this asshole...
watch?v=y1tqZyZVoDM
Why would the hammer wobble before it falls over flat on the ground in an alleged "vacuum"? Answer, because the wire lowering it had to provide additional slack for it to do so. Otherwise it would've fell straight over or not at all IF it were in a vacuum.
@leyk17 :-) Interesting conclusion. Of course, strictly speaking, your argument is weak: Gallileo's experiment could be tested on earth. All you need is a vacuum, not to be on the moon. So it would be sufficient to be on the moon to get these results, but not necessary. This is an important distinction, and one well worth learning to think clearly about things.
@iBlindGame It's not possible to build such a big vacuum chamber that would be needed for the lunar landscapes. It would cave in because of the pressure from the outside.
@YDDES I believe this is a rather simple refutation of your notion that it would be impossible:
Given that the pressure difference between the inside and outside is what causes the material to fail, perhaps chambers within chambers could be built such that the inner-most chamber is inside another chamber of lower pressure. This onion-like architecture of layers might do the job quite well.
As such, it seems you are using an argument from lack of imagination.
@iBlindGame And, how come no one has ever stepped forward to tell where this gigantic chambers were built, by whom and for which money? After all, tens of thousands of witnesses have seen the rockets and spaceships being built, tested and launched into outer space...
@YDDES Your statement "It was much easier to send men to the Moon than to build these structures" is argument is of the type known as a bare assertion if it is unsubstantiated, a logical fallacy. If you mean to support that statement with "It was all well known technology" then I say: ridiculous. Vacuum chambers are well-known technology, too. Your first statement is also known as an "appeal to probability," which using to suggest: Because it is more likely, it is therefore so. Fallacy.
@iBlindGame The rockets and spaceships were built, tested and launched in front of hundreds and thousands of witnesses. Humans had flown in space hundreds of hours.
No one has ever shown that such gigantic vacuum chambers needed to pull of a hoax can be built. And no one has ever stepped forward and said they participated in making, or witnessed such a construction.
"i looked through my eye scope looking for the moon rover.... no where to be found, aliens have stolen it"

I dunno. One one of the missions they threw a hammer to see how far it would go, right before they took off, and that one was left where it lay. But I don't know if it was this mission (apollo 15) and this hammer, or not.
