  • I always thought that Le Onde should have some strings playing in it. Sounds fantastic.

I've had the privilege to see this wonderful man up close playing live. Truely the best modern pianist in my opinion.

  • Ca, c'est tellement belle. ^_^ Je l'aime.

  • sei un orgoglio x l'Italia grazie ludovico

  • keine musik, die mich so sehr berührt!

  • welcome home juventus!!

  • Clicked the 'like' button by accident. Probably the first person here to do that :)

  • It's unbelievable how fast this got me in a good mood!

  • fantastica... fa venire i brividi.......

  • Immensa!

  • bello bello bellissimo <3

  • How can you be not relaxed and inspired when listening to this?

  • Truthfully, I would like it to be known there is one fault in Einaudi's works. There are rhythms that he uses for all of his music. Why? I don't know but it definitely bothers me. Trademark? Lack of original imagination? It gets kind of annoying. Now, lets see how well I do compensating for your hate. I'm open for questions.

  • @bnnyyan Aha what is the point of that comment, just trying to aggravate people on youtube because you want their attention? (I'm sorry, I'm not trying to be rude here), I might be being a little hypocritical responding to you but whatever :) I agree with you, that a lot of Einaudi's works are simplistic and based mainly around a repeating pattern of chords, but I really don't think that matters.

  • @musicalkaty

Response to first point: Well, theres really no point in a comment section if the creator of it doesn't look at the comments eh? So the second use would be: to attract attention. We all have to admit we get bored at times, no?

  • @bnnyyan These pieces are beautiful because of their simplicity and the way that they can connect with so many different people and express feelings in such a powerful way. If it bothers you, maybe just don't listen to his music, you don't have to, you know.

  • @musicalkaty Now, my comment may be taken negatively because I didn't list anything positive. Its always like this, If I don't spoon feed you ALL my points you don't perceive it well. I never actually said his works where bad, I was just pointing out something I noticed. It'd also be a personal matter whether I listen to the music or not, just letting you know for the future. (Its rude to wedge into peoples personal matters.) My comment space is limited, only so much can be typed....

  • @bnnyyan Oh wow, I'm sorry that I didn't telepathically realise that you didn't mean to post a negative comment, ahaha, :) you didn't spoon feed the world all your points so they didn't take it well? Did you expect people to realise that you meant something that you didn't say? That might be expecting a little too much of the human race as it is now.

  • @musicalkaty Theres a theory on something that your human race have known for quite awhile... its called... the theory of implied psychological thoughts?

  • @bnnyyan Also, I don't think I did take you comment badly, I agreed with you, and I also apoligised if I seemed rude, to help you realise that I wasn't trying to pick a fight, obviously, that didn't register with you. Of course it's a personal matter whether or not you listen to his music, and although yes, maybe it is rude to wedge into other people's personal matter, you invited me to when you commented on a very public space with your personal feelings.

  • @musicalkaty Since when is it "inviting" to my personal matters when I state something too factual to even BE personal? I was arguing the notice of the many repeated melodies found in his songs- nothing near the thought of my personal matters. My personal feelings would be more of an opinion or emotion. For instance, the comment below "im not really a classical music kind of guy, but this sounds too amazing" -joshpintoOT If you where to argue that I did then that would be just too satire, no?

  • @bnnyyan Of course it's an opinion, you said, ' It gets kind of annoying' - which is obviously a personal feeling. Even so, I don't want to have an argument with you, I never did, and I don't want to ruin/take out the whole comment thread on a beautiful song like this with our pointless discussion.

  • @musicalkaty A single line completely changes the perspective of the paragraph? No... It doesn't. My inference was merely a factual comment with ONE line of opinion. Definitely not considered an opinion. Its fine to have arguements, it sets some view points straight- even with stubborn people like us. ESPECIALLY in a comment section that has an opinion so one sided. I mean- look at these comments, they all say the same thing don't they? An argument puts some color into this drab section.

  • @bnnyyan Yes, maybe you had one line of opinion, but that was the line that I was responding to, making me perfectly justified in my reply. Yes, I agree, it's fine to have arguments, but seeing as we're not actually arguing about the music, this is kind of pointless, no?

  • @musicalkaty Well. It seems we've found a compromise.

  • @bnnyyan @musicalkaty that went much better than some of the arguments i've seen on here lol. nice one.

  • I'm crying and I don't know why! Best variation ever!

  • the most beautiful of classic music that i've heard... it's music that can perfectly descrbire all my feelings...

  • I don't like very much the fact that Einaudi has introduced an ensemble, also in his new albums. I prefere it when it's only piano.

  • sehr schönes Version!

  • cool! i love how it's not just identical to the studio version... upped in pitch and intensity and that sparkling sense of secret-excitement... i guess that comes with the atmosphere of a live performance? : )
