i have never seen somebody better than Sadie, in my opinion; I wont say Aziza is, but they dance pretty similar. Both are professionals of drum solos. i will just say now i love both!

There's classical Egyptian (which is what she seems to be doing here) and modern Egyptian--bellydance w/ballet influence. Cabaret bellydance kind of groups them and mixes them together, while Turkish bellydance is faster and more flirty. There is also American Tribal Style bellydance and tribal fusion bellydance. Gothic bellydance exists too. If you want a workout, I recommend Turkish or tribal styles, but any Egyptian is a good foundation.

@luna2690 Agreed, I do a mix between Tribal Fusion and Modern Tribal Bellydance, and everytime I go in to practice [I've been dancing for over a year now] I'm always sweating and out of breath from the intensity of it. Given it being a workout and all, I still enjoy what I do and hold a HUGE passion for it. So it's worth it. :D

i love this video. some ppl comment about there not being enough movement, but the percussion beats don't require alot of movement because they're more precise. if this song had horns to it, then more movement would've been better. sadie also has a dance to this song, but i think aziza rhythmic preciseness to the beat outweighs sadie flowing movements by far

Didem is not a bellydancer at all. there is no doubt that she is extremely sexy and every peice of her body is enough to turn-on hundreds of men. But she just moves her sex machine in a very lousy and exaggerated and sometimes even stressful way just to reveal her sexy body and gain the attraction of mass audience.

I don't doubt that Aziza is also a world belly dancer. I believe she has better videos, but this one was the only one I have seen so far. I know the roots of belly dance come from Asia and I don't defend the US. There shouldn't be prejudice against nation in this, because no matter where they come from, they are good. I myself do not like American culture but I try to understand it and if there is anyone good in something, I take it. I'll watch the video you told me, thanks.

i agree!! she s one of the few flawless Western dancers. she really CAN dance to Arabic music. you see her own style in it, like she does not "feel" Arabic to me but her personal style goes extremely well with the music!
