I had just got home from work that day when it was still going through when it hit C Rody Road. I kept watching it and I was like woah crap. I took a picture the next thing that came through but luckily it didn't touch down.
Was watching some other videos about McMinnville and yours was the next in cue. It was a blessing to see my Mom & Dad's tombstone at Bethany. Thnxs, Krystal
i remember the tornado i love my home town mcminnvile good people live here and i dont want to c any thing bad happen any more like tornados and fires but it just happens sometimes
yeah lol dakstilt is m neighbor across my street. and that house was compelety destroyed and they still havnt fixed or cleaned it up yet. its still a big pule of debris
Good documentary of the tornado. I went out to take photos too, but when I got to that grave yard, I didn't have the courage to walk into it. Two older women took me to the back of the Church to show me a plank that had split into while flying through a tree.
that tornado was coming straight toward my house that day. then all of a sudden it jumped over and destroyed everything around us. I am so thankful that we didnt have too much damage. we did however, lose everything we had outside and the side of our house... :(
I was in 8th grade at C-TOWN elementary when it came. The teachers got us into the hall and you could here the tornado pass right by the school. Sounded freaky. My friends and i were freaking out. Craziest thing ever. Like hefrules said, i also out ran a tornado in my moms car goin down jacksburo road.
I was cleaning my dorm at Cumberland University wiht my friend when i hear from news channel 5 "there has been a tornado sited in W.C. and is headed toward C-town" (where my family is) i literally droped to the ground. My friend was freaking out because I wasn't talking just stairing at the TV and she didn't catch on that that was my hometown. She finally caught on when I grabed my phone and started calling my mom and aunts. I was more scared then then i was the year b4 when i watched one hit!
