oh and also to kill it in one hit with a dagger is if you have a ring that gives you 1.5% more with one hand weapons

And if you have the Jesters armor from the Brotherhood that does double the sneak attack damage with one hand weapons you it will do 30.0% Sneak attack damage. and it will kill it in one hit :)

Same thing happened to me when i first ran in to a giant i was stalking him then i shot him with a arrow and my buddy that was following me went running after him send him flying in the air so i laughed and watched him and forgot about that the giant and he spotted me, he went after me as i was still watching the body fall and i shit bricks when it happened to me xD

with lv 20 bow its easy

1) have a decent bow + armor which improves bow dmg and good abilities like sneak 3x dmg with bows and so on.

2) go behind a rock

3) sneak

4) 3 shots without being detected and hes dead.

just get to higher ground where they cant hit you and shoot them with your bow or spells its good to get your skills up

I remember the first time running into one. I was stealthing throw a lovely forest, gathering some herbs, not thinking anything...and then I saw IT. I wouldn't be a nice Listener If I wouldn't backstab him in the one or other way.

Well I drew my Bow, aimed, fired...and did run for it like never before in my life x)
