well ive been watching you guys all day and i really like u guys, i like ur view on the sport, some of the best ive seen. but you guys always pick either decisions or tkos and there always in the later rounds of the fight. ko happen all the time, and most fights do end in the first round in mma, so i think u guys should think about that more when u guys are making ur picks, stop going for safe picks like that and take more risks.

Guillard by knockout first round.... Diaz takes too many shots and likes to trade to much... Guillard is too strong, not to mention that he is a state champion wrestler ( a fact that yall conviently left out). Too strong, to fast for Diaz

The problem with MMA is that these guys have no chin whatsover. You talk about their ground game and strategies, but honestly all it takes is one hard shot and bye bye so much for the game plan.

I will have to disagree there are fighters with great chins like Dan Henderson, Roger Huerta, Mike Brown, Urijah Faber, Chuck Liddell, Mark Hunt, and alot more. Its much easier to get knocked out in mma because they take much harder hits because there hand gloves are so thin compared to boxing gloves. Also legs knees and elbows have no padding.

As much as I enjoy Guillard getting some respect, have you watched any of his fights? 7 of 8 of his loses have been via submission. Obviously he was taken down. Watch his fight against Joe Stevenson.

I really don't think Huerta is gonna be ready for Maynard. This is Huerta's last fight and he hasn't fought in over a year. I don't think he's going to be motivated or in shape. Plus with Maynard possibly being the best wrestler at LW, and probably wanting to finish the fight to prove he's not boring, I say Maynard TKO round 3.

Diaz said he was planning to stand with Guillard. Guillard is a good wrestler actually, as seen in his last fight. Diaz can't take him down. Guillard TKO round 1.

To be honest, I know he has tremendous heart and a solid chin/striking game, but his ground game seems sort of lackluster.

Either way, I was surprised that he was not fighting on the main card, considering his Fight of the Night victory at UFC 97.

We think Sam has a solid chance of winning the fight. He's not a wiz on the ground but he's crafty enough to stay out of trouble and get things back to a stand up position where he has the best chance.

Hmm I was thinking Guillard would pull a win here. I think he know's that this is a crucial fight for him. I don't think he will catch Diaz with a bomb put he may get some ground and pound because he is much stronger.
