Unfortunately, that employee was in a tough situation. He had every right to defend himself, but the problem is that by using that metal bar, he used "too much" self-defense. It's really sad--you've got to let yourself be cornered before you can start defending yourself, as an employee. Then you have to use just enough force to incapacitate the aggressor, otherwise you become the aggressor in the eyes of the law. The injuries to the women will not help his case.

This is just racism, and misandry in society. The Hebrew man had every right to defend him. The media even tried to hide the fact that the lesbian women slapped him, and jumped over the counter first. The guy got charges on him because he is Hebrew (black) and because he is male.
Due to the feminist agenda males are often portrayed as the aggressor even when females start things. After the girls got beat down they went into victim status mode. Media might turn this into a lesbian hate crime.

LOL you are wrong for that! My thing is simple: do not hit anyone lest you get dealt with right back. In my opinion it was self-defense & a crime of passion. He should NOT go to jail nor lose his job.

@EzraYisrael You are right. I don't know what exactly makes something a crime of passion but he was defending himself. Plain and simple. I totally agree with Ringo when he said had the tables been turned nobody would have thought twice about it. So he is just supposed to stand there? I think NOT!!! They got what they deserved. I bet that is the last counter they jump on.

Good point! A crime of passion is a crime committed in the 'heat' of moment. His behavior was NOT premeditated nor did he plan to beat those lesbos to the white meat!
I'm sorry but as a womb-man, we can't win against men whether gay or straight. That Brother is justified in defending himself point blank. Also, as a womb-man, I'd beat those wretched women asses like they stole something too. SMH.
