yah.... this chick doesnt care about anything. she did pull on her hair like she didn't care and messed it up more than it was. Plus she may have set some tips about making sure it's 80 percent dry but she did it on this woman when her hair was dry, with no product to protect her hair from damage from the heat, and made a complete ass of herself.

you might wanna also mention, that adding layers (shorter & more texturized in the crown) is also another way to add volume. Can't do much for long hair that's all one length.
