It doesn't sound bad, you're about half way there. At the moment it sounds very slightly Australian but you've covered the most obvious part of an American accent up so overall good :)
I'd say it's good. Just work on the word "yeah", it's sounds very American when you say that, also when you laugh it's easy to tell you're American. Just work on those two things and you'll be fine!
There is no such thing as a British/English accent each region have distinct differences in pronunciation.But for a North London accent it sounds quite believable (if a bit Aussie-ish)
It's not very apparent. You might need to be more obvious if it's for acting purposes. Try different regional accents. People from different parts of the UK speak with different accents. It seems you are going for the standard London high class voice. But yeah, like you said, I'm hearing a lot of American in it. Though that's not entirely inaccurate. I've known some people from England who have very little accent at all. Just do some research and practice as often as possible. Goos luck!
