I'v heard several conflicting reports from several different witnesses (which is what you get from people at a bar). Apparently the cop is back on duty and it sounds like the kid fell off his bike into the path of the patrol car and the officer couldn't stop in time.

But, lets just ignore those facts and automatically assume that that the officer intentionally murdered a teenage who obviously ignored the commands to stop and needed up getting killed.

I saw this dash cam video several months ago and it was very disturbing. The officers had no reason to taser this child while in motion there are just to many variables, especially for injury!

This kid has had many run in's with the police. When the officer tasers the kid only one probe actually manages to make contact, therefore not letting the taser do what it does. This kid was in a bank parking lot and tried to hop the "island" and ended up falling. The cop was in the process of turning and temporarily lost sight of the kid. When the cop came around he didn't see the kid until the last second and it was to late. All in all, it was an accident and it wasn't the cops fault.
