@5starscream are you epileptic? Well I am epileptic And 'lol' to seeing somebody have a seizure is a very insulting comment. When you wake up from a seizure the pain is absolute hell. You don't know what has happened when you wake up inside an ambulance with an oxygen mask strapped to your face. When I was born they thought I was dead as I had a fit just after I was born. So congratulations you just insulted a girl with epilepsy.
I am epileptic, so I know all about seizures. However, this was eye-opening to even me, because I can't tell you what happens immediately before or during, I just know the painful results after the seizures. This is not just Nathan's story. It is my story and the millions of us who are epileptic. Thank you Nathan for allowing me to see a part of myself, I could never see before.
Saw this on Huell Howser tonight. The film was very intense and eye-opening. Great job. I am one of the many Huell mentioned who knew virtually nothing about epilepsy before seeing his show and your film.
I shared this video with my daughter's teacher. She asked me if I knew what it was like for her to have them, and my first thought was this video. Thank you for sharing your world, and I am really anticipating this movie.
This is such a great tool for all those who have seizures or have someone in there lives who suffers from this condition. Thank you so much for sharing this. As you know, i have seizures and this is great for me to see this from the other side and be able to see what others see when i have a seizure. Look forward to seeing the finished product and really hope this sends a strong message to everyone and helps others in similar situations. Great job...
When my wife showed me this, I told her"Welcome to my world". Thank you for sharing this as it helps her understand what I experiences. She is the one on the other side that I see in and out of focus. I can hear her, but she fades in and out both visually and verbally.
I would like to add "NEVER, NEVER, NEVER try to hold someone down physically who is seizing. They will throw you off themselves with great force, probably from the motion of the seizure."
Thank you for sharing your experience. My daughter is going through this and the Drs. can not identify the source. This is so frustrating. I look forward to the DVD.
Whoa - I can't count how many times I've been in a similar situation. I really hope this film will go a long way in shedding some light on the whole topic and bring some recognition to the epilepsy community. Can't wait to see it!

What else is coming? Is a longer version of this clip going to be made available? Very good production and interesting to watch.
