So, lets say out of 300 million, 75% are eligible to vote and that 65% of the eligible ones actually voted. Now, if 52% of that 65% did vote for Bush and not his opponent, that's a small number. He grew up in Louisiana in the 40s where racism was so rife that you weren't even allowed to walk into certain places, and he saw things no human should have to see. I know because I've read his book. So really this is his way of getting his own back, which most people agree with, black and white. I personally think he's hilarious too.
