It used to be although the store was removed in 2008 and there isn't any way you can receive these items now - lets just hope Stardoll released a Starbazaar for make-up and accessories soon.

Hm it depends, do you have any Blue/Green eye-shadows already in your Beauty Parlor?

To replace the Blue Eye-shadow use Melting Ice Shade-stick and Excalibur Shade-stick. Not really necessary to use Blues and Greens, you can fix it up by using Purples and Pinks etc. ^-^
