  • Sergei injected himself with an unknown viral agent that Wesker speculated is the one that he himself is infected with. The mutated for of the person with the viral agent apparently has the physical appearance of the mutated form based on their emotions and what they are at heart and stuff.

  • uh...no...no it was not. Nowhere was it ever even implied that TG was even involved in Code Veronica in any way shape or form, nor does Sergei exhibit the effects of the TG Virus.
