Roll over icon and then chose "more" and you have option to replace icon image with your own... if it does not work, make sure to do master reset and try again and it should work...
You need iPhone theme for UIQ3 which can be easily found on the net along with iPhone icons. That will give it the cool look. Plus you need JAVA application called iLock (also free) which makes it lock the screen as on iPhone. If you do not find it send me e-mail and I will try to send it to you if I find it on my harddrive...

I tried to do this with my p910 but i need to update and that won't work... the ilock works only with a higher version of java on phones...
