Incorrect, pressing the dough will eliminate a lot of air bubbles, making the dough heavier and less appealing. I think the reason cpk does it is because it saves a ton of time.
i agree, the best crusts are always hand tossed or pressed, giving you a light and flaky crust, CPK has a good flavored crust, but i personally think it lacks in texture
Sorry, but that pressing a dough out does not have the same appeal as watching it be hand tossed. I try to do it at home, but I always put my fists through the dough.

Alright, let me educate you:
(1) It is not an aerosol can. Aerosol cans use chemical propellants. Chemical propellants in food prep is illegal. It is simply under pressure.
(2) It olive oil, totally natural.
(3) Pressing dough using this method gives you a better product, and better consistency.
