oh my god.....i just tried, i got it on the 7th block i tried, with a good rod, just before the 6th gym, and that spot seems to spawn them each and every time. whilst im amassing my milotic army, remember, this isnt actually too big of a task! 6 out of 400 tiles, thats like a 1 in 72 chance of landing on feebas each new block, if you just do like 9 blocks every other hour, youll probably have found it in a few days :)

This is how i found my feebas but idk if it will work for you guys but irs worth a shot! Lol i changed the trendy phase in Dewford to Mudkip Ball, thn flew to Foretree city went up the waterfall and and went to the far right turned and faeced the center tile and fished and on my first try there a feebad!!!! the feebas spots change randomly when you change the "trendy word" in dewford town as well. however, having the same trendy word on two games will not result in the same feebas spots, and if you find feebas, change the word, then change it back, the spots will not be the same.

if you're having trouble, change the word.
