that is a pair of white comet roaming fan barrages. each comet rises from a single tube. each tube is fixed in a box with the rest, all fused together and angled in the fan shape you see the comets fired in. Their are two of these roaming fan barrages a distance appart from each other but fired simultaneously. Each barrage has one fuse to light all the comets in succession. Hope this helps.
