I loved the movie. India has come a long way. I can challenge any other Asian country (besides Japan) to compete with India with respect to technology, movie industry, special effects, and other manufacturing related projects. I am sure no one will even come halfway close...

uhm, hello, aladin was around before disney even existed...and there have been SEVERAL retellings of the story.
i personally like both disney and this film. they arent the same...but do they have to be? the director has artistic license just like disney has the artistic license to manipulate the original story.
