@DamienDread Yeah im pretty sure your right. Digital cameras usually have a dual flash or whatever its called, and you can see defining marks in certain points of the flash that are probably something blocking the light from the camera.

This is very simple to explain. It is a reflection in the window. Simple as that. The flash may have been lightning given the weather conditions.
