CalTrans is reducing and cutting parts of services while raising rates. And the same goes for the VTA...Valley Transit Authority. And then there is the 40 Niners and Stadium Fiasco. The NFL put up over half of the money for the deal while Santa Clara County struggles to find or acquire 330 million. 0o!??

Worked as contractor in upstate New York state. Typical cost to lease/rent is $150+ a square foot a month.

Think about it when you walk through those stores and count those 12"x12" floor tiles.

It's really discusting going back every other year and gutting a store to get ready for new tenants. It's an incredible waste of steel, sheetrock ect.

New buisnesses havn't been replacing the old ones when their leases run out though.
