Sounding Rocket system are invented and lead by aerospatial Canadian industrial. Around the 1980 USA bought plan, engeneer team, pod ect. just like they have do with AVRO interceptor before.
at 4:32 someone mentions they can see "the inflated article". And from 5:19 onwards the camera shows what appears to be the inflated aeroshell.
But the video info says the aeroshell isn't supposed to inflate until 7:28 into the video.
So have they cut video outof this?
If they have - then perhaps at 8:19 when the aeroshell seems to lurch towards the camera and the video feed finally ends - i assume this is 18 minutes into the flight when the vehicle finally crashes into the ocean.
You are absolutely correct. Video was cut out of this so that it would be an appropriate length for YouTube. The major milestones are there but the clips have been shortened.
