just curious when you go hands free, how do u stay up without slide back down on the poll, i get that its inbetween ur legs but idk... thats why im asking is it hard to do?

@RocknChanel It requires a lot of leg strength to keep from sliding down. It's a little uncomfortable at first until you build up the strength to do it right, but practicing from the ground until you feel confident to go higher will help you get there ;)
