I try to save at least 15-30 missiles for Super Missiles to use on the regular Metroids and Hunters, then i Power Bomb the Fissions. If you hit a Metroid/Hunter Metroid as soon as they spawn, you'll take both of them out.

First one to view this video and I gotta say, the final boss could've been a bit tougher than this!

Actually if you run out of power bombs and he summons fisson metroids it turns into pandemonium very fast. You can't freeze them so you have to no choice but to face them like a normal enemy which isn't good because two fisson metroids are very aggravating to kill. They like to take turns sucking you dry. and let's not forget MP is sending those shockwaves.

You can kill any enemy in this fight with the Phazon Beam so I don't bother using anything else. Once the normal metroids are gone, he's a pansy.

But then your coming off this fight straight after the first phase of the fight so that makes it a bit harder.
