@yosetlaowo Sour shots = under-extraction. Fine up your grinder and things should start tasting a lot better. Having a finer grind means that the hot water has more time to infuse with the coffee, getting more of the good flavours out of the coffee.
How you setup your grinder to get that result? I use the same setup as for my Vivaldi, but the shot came out sour :-(
