Such a beautiful voice, perhaps a little bit of guidance could help to improve a few things but what's to admire is the fact that she stands there in front of a camera and sings her heart out. That's something that probably half, or maybe more than half the world is unable to do. Congratulations!

She has an incredible voice! I hope she is studying with a knowledgeable voice teacher to help her develop good, healthy singing. She was singing with quite a bit of tension in her tongue, thus affecting the quality of her tone.

You don't hear too many nine year olds with that kind of voice! What an amazing gift... :-)

I have a bit of constructive criticism.

Her lisp is very audible so she should probably work on that. Also the pronunciation is off. She is on the rigth track but she should take a few classes that will specifically teach her to string her notes together. It seems like she stops singing to change notes. Also there are parts where it sounds close to Opera and parts where it sounds more like a pop singer because of where she is singing from.
