Bruno Movie Review: MrHollick

I think Bruno is aimed at people who have a very open extreme sense of humour, i absolutely loved it and i loved how it made those evil ass homophobic yanks look so ridiculously retarded!! it bought a huge issue of homophobia up to the surface more! it also showed how very fickle and idiotic the entertainment industry in LA is! good on ya Bruno!

@impressiveinstant86 Lol I know me too. I mean some gay things in the movie were kinda gross but it was funny as hell. Like when the karate instructor is showing how to disarm a gay guy with dildos. That cracked me up. Also how bruno and Lutz are being gay in front of a bunch of homophobes. Holy crap, I almost died with laughter. Best movie I have seen in a while. But it was still pretty gross.

"Ali-G in-da-house" was kinda low-budget and corny...nothing like as funny as Borat....Ali-G was already way past it's sell-by date when it came out...that's the thing the some comedy...it has zero shelf-life....suspect he's already missed the gay-jokes boat...that's pretty much sailed with Family Guy (Stewie Griffen) South Park (Mr/Mrs Garrison)and Trailer Park Boys (the BRILLIANT "Mr Lahey and Randy")

Are your reviews a satire? I checked out a couple of your others and it was just "This movie was stupid" "this movie was great". And that's about it.

I usually have a low tolerance for movies, and have never enjoyed ANY woody allen film I have tried to watched since the 80s and you said hey it's good!

Granted there is a lot of "stupid" movies out there, namely teen ones that I turn off after 10 mins, but this guy's niche is getting public reaction. Havent seen it yet but looking forward

Stupid is a conclusion and a very poor one to be more precise. If you want to give a decent review, even if you don't like a film, you give a synopsis and then reasons why you didn't think it worked. "Stupid" is what a 3 year old would say.

It is just a conclusion which we learn nothing from. It's like saying someone is an idiot, without saying WHY. And then when confronted, you say they are a moron. That doesn't help anyone. Do what you want, but you got the skills of a 3 year old.
