Interesting vid. I've always wanted to try a massage. Corey, can you recommend any special massage for my ankle lig/muscles, dunno their names but the ones that run up from the front & inner/outer of my ankles, those hurt bad after awhile walking/running at the park. Last time I went, about hour & half, I had pain & feel like I almost lose control of them until I rest them awhile. I figure I need to strengthen & stretch them better. Surfaces hard/uneven.
