This must have cost a lot of money. From San jose,CA to Hawaii..its $180,000 each way...Plus $20k for gas. As told to me from Net Jets. Let that give u a taste to how much they wasted on this flight :)

@suctionplease I'm sure he pays gazillions in taxes from the company he owns or works for. Oh and btw because he pays 300K for this flight probebly like 20% of that will go to tax. If he wuld fly Business class he spends a tiny fraction and wuld pay like 300 dollars per person to the tax man. I think i counted like 7 people. So he wuld pay 2100 to the tax man. Beautiful plane. It would be great to do it once, but it seems a bit over the top. I wonder how many it can sleep. It would be cool to travel with 10 friends. I'd be comfortable in a G-V, if it's 6-8 people.

Rather Amazing what you can do with the spaciousness of an airliner! I've only worked on one of these and it was pretty incredible to see firsthand. All I can say is those kids in the video are going to be in utter shock and dismay if they ever have to fly in a NORMAL 737!!! "Where's the bedroom??!!!"

BBJ's are transcontinental range business aircraft. if you usually flies first class with family and relatives it's a nice choice to upgrade from commercial to private chart. Much better. Tks for posting, loved the familiar BBJ running action. Kids all over, so fun. Tks again.

East Coast to Hawaii. The BBJ made the 11 hour flight without a fuel stop. I was surprised by the aircraft's range.

Well, compared to how 737s usually operate, with hundreds of people and their luggage, you were nearly empty. I would expect a much better range under those conditions.

Yes. Also, the pilot told us the BBJ had been modified to hold more fuel than a standard 737. Incredible range.
