Any "experts" on here? I never understood why and when Cookie stopped (or began) to speak in the "me" fashion. "Me want..." "Me have..." In these old clips, he always uses the correct grammar. So it seems I was wrong when I thought he always spoke the "me" way from the beginning until he changed into the more standard English "I am..." "I have..." and so on.

The cookie monster has many talents. Even doing a simple thing like making a sandwich is not one of them. At the last moment I realised he was going to put the food items together in the incorrect manner.

The eating salt part, if a child ever tried that, they would get hurt. Eating large amounts of salt all in one go can make you sick. But cookie monster must have an iron gut, seeing as he has been known to eat car parts etc.
