montero sport looks good, but this vehicle almost killed my parents, because of the sudden acceleration. Sudden acceleration mostly happen when you put it in reverse from parking. Do some research first if you really wanna buy this vehicle.

if you want luxury, space, and good engine (diesel) choose isuzu

then if you are looking for luxury, looks, great engine, elegant designs and fuel efficiency go for mitsubishi!

how does it drive on corners compared to the 4x4 GTV? i bet the 4x2 can't dance through corners like the GTV variant since it lacks the LSD that GTV has.. pero sa pricing panalong panalo for a 4x2!=) you get the same power of the top of the line GTV.. i'm hoping to buy one early next year

@PatrickReyesTV all Montero Sport, whether 4x4 or 4x2, has the 2.5 DI-D VGT engine since March 2011. Mitsubishi Phils. added the VGT engine into the M/T Montero Sport just last September

I'm a little disappointed at Mitsubishi because we only had our unit since may this year and in about 6 months time they brought out an updated model like yours. Anyways its a good car and it has solid build quality so far. I'm a proud owner of a montero so far. :)

@aadskju I think the 2011, or 2012 models doesn't have a gas engine. all are diesel engines.

the fortuner 2.7 is gasoline, so u might wanna check that out. :)
