The rumoured transmition date is halloween night.There are 2 reasons to back this up

1. This is going to be a very dark and scary episode

2. The wedding of sarah jane smith(SJA season 3 eps 5 and 6) which will include the doctor are confimed to air on the 29th and 30th of October.

So with the 29th and 30 showing those SJA episodes it will be 3 days of the doctor if it is on halloween night

that's for america and the rest of the world.

it airs on october 31st which makes sense since it's a saturday and it's the scary episode, so it will air on october 31st.

then we have a 1 month 25 day wait until end of time and then a week wait until nightmare's reign, and then a 3 month 1 week wait until

"A New Begining" which is what the 1st episode of the 15 part series 5 will be called.

and gallifrey is coming back, this is gonna be sweet.
