I listen to avant garde jazz, broken beat, dub step, trip hop, etc. and anyone with rhythm would feel the inconsistency. it shouldn't sound like he's off beat and off pattern. El P, Pharoahe Monch, Breezly Brewin, Twista, Busta rhyme with different styles and the common ground is an understanding of music. Heres another question, what is he talking about???
