Well I'm not an expert, but "My stockings prove my virtue" are lyrics from Opheliac. I think what she's getting at with the "wayward victorian girl" is a metaphor for goth girls in today's culture. The Victorian Era was a time of many restrictions for women. They weren't aloud to wear makeup and fashion was very painful. I think she's symbolizing a disobeying girl from that time, as in "her makeup is liberation" and "her stockings prove virtue" and no one can take away who she is.

Ok, It's cocoa butter, a lighter moisturiser and a tiny amount of bleach. You rub it on to your skin and there should be a sticky kind of residue. Leave that for 30-60 minutes then scrape it off with a body scraper (You'll find them in hair removal or bikini wax kits). You will probably then need a good wash because the dye from the bleach can colour your skin. Then by the next day you should be super pale!
