kabhi mere gali aaya karo = come to my ally/town sometime.

and the "toba ke chori"..I'm not sure what that means. I know "chori" means to steal or to be sly/quiet/sneaky. It can also mean "chick, or girl". But not sure what "toba ke" means.

....unless you meant "Tauba Keya Chori". Which would mean "Wow what a girl". ..or somethin like that =P
