It looks as though the new 1.9 patch and dx11/texture packs have fixed the issue! Although my fps has dropped 15-20 fps :P

@BigWillyam It appears as though it's caused by the 275.33 drivers. I'm not sure I want to roll back just for one part in the game :/
@Remliv i did some research and there is a new driver coming out next month fixing it so i will have to wait i guess. crysis 1 time =D
@BigWillyam Awesome! I just built a new rig and I should be ashamed for not having installed the original Crysis back on it :P
