Last time I was in Makati, I stayed at the Bel Air Soho on Polaris + Badajos... just a block from P.Burgos. It was like 1,600p a night... monthly rentals available for 25,000p.

Oxfort Suites sucks! the rooms are dirty and the parking is horrible, you must drive 2 levels down in a narrow ass ramp!! the front desk people were nice though, hi Kate and Via!!

Aww.. yeah hehe I was there just last week. I feel like I'm in walking street in Pattaya when walking on P. Burgos Street. Since it was only a 1 night stay in Makati, I only checked out Jools, Rascals and Bottoms. Bottoms has alot girls in there. Stayed at the Dusit Thani Hotel in Makati City. A nice 5 star hotel near SM and Glorietta Mall.

Well, I am looking at a couple of really cheap places in the area. Like Moonlight Hotel, The Clipper Hotel and Isabelle Royale. They're all under 1,600p. Your opinions are appreciated.

@NewChicago The Clipper Hotel is good, i stayed there once. Its newly renovated. 1600p for one person, 2100p for two.
