Ford showed no balls pulling this commercial. They didn't take any bail out money from Obama, so why were they afraid of him? Obama couldn't do them anything anyway.

As Milton Friedman once explained, our capitalist system is not a profit system, but actually a profit and loss system. When the government intervened with bailouts to the auto companies it stopped what would had been the loss side of the equation. Friedman said this shortley after the FIRST Chrysler bailout. I do not have problem with companies making huge profits when they earn it, but when the fail they should FAIL, period. Let the bankruptcy judges figure it out.

I agree with the man on that advertisment, because it's fine to be anti government, pro capitalism, pro globalism, pro corporation, and pro market. I'm all of the above. I sure am.
