We had the same issue, pop some WD40 0n the central thick spine that runs through the buggy, then you need to push in the left button and slide & push in the right button. Make sure both are FIRMLY pushed down then firmly, gripping the round plastic units surrounding these buttons, push down along the line og the spine you WD40'd earlier. Hope that helps

Watched this twice now and we still can't collapse it. Bought it second hand so could be something to do with it but very frustrating. Any tips welcome!

@Kiddicare I watched the video and went straight downstairs and neither me nor my partner could fold the buggy down. One grey button presses in and one slides forwards/backwards but the buggy still refuses to fold. Like I said it wasn't bought new so there could well be a fault with it although it is very frustrating.

Are you pushing in the slid catch? You need to push in one side then slide and push in the other. I hope this helped, if not you can come in to our Peterborough store where our service team would be happy to look at it for you.

This pushchair is terribly heavy!!! i had to buy a tiny basket that is too small for shopping! I'm going to have to buy another pushchair because this one is too bulky! it's really hard to use on the bus as well.

this is the worst pram i have ever had. Seat units are tiny, tips up and is forever popping back up when you are trying to collapse it. Also everyone has one and they are very over priced

that didnt look like flat. the top piece is flat but the back piece is declined to a certain angle

I have this stroller and what she doesn't mention:

It has ZERO storage, No cup holders for you or baby, If you hang a bag or a purse on the stroller handle it will trip backwards very easily.

There is a little pull out strap to hook on on of the bottom leg pieces to keep it folded up in storage.
