PJ, your production skills just keep getting better :) One thought; what does it look like in B&W as I think that might add to the Chaplin genre feel and suspense? So what is in the box?!? Great work as ever matey. see you in a few weeks. R
Good work PJ - well shot & put together. Reminded me a little of Geri's Game - the Pixar short. Schizophrenic old man and the music. Have you seen that? If not you should take a look. You can get it off iTunes. Nice one.
Awesome job!!!! Loved the cinematography and choice of music. It all came together very nicely. The ambiguous nature of the film makes it very intriguing.
A simple and amusing story told well. The music was a character in itself.
There are two shots (0:23) where the double movement of the hand looked staged and (2:20) where the similarity of jacket colour in the wipe made me think there were two men as he did not put his hat down in the first shot (minor things but both caught my eye).
Hope the feedback helps. Is there a sequel? I want to know whats in the box.
Excellent editing, fine choice of music, enjoyable throughout. I'm not sure of the ending, but then I'm not sure I'm supposed to be sure of it. I like it nebulous and uncertain of meaning. Good job!
fantastic! very good quality production, and a lovely story. love the nod to silent films, and the facial acting tells the story..... (so what was in the parcel??) and i agree, the aus post guy behind the counter... cute! marie
very good story and premise. maybe make the editing snappier in the middle as the actions have already been established, so you can jump by quickly and build up pace. it is very cute.
Very good

UM..... I DON'T GET IT! Was the old man suffering Alzheimer's or schizophrenia? Was there some other psychological context which went over my head?
Why was there no resolution?

Interesting. Yes lostsheep01. Charlie Chaplin would be proud. Reminded me of him straight away as soon as the Old Guy Character fell depressed :D
