Axl can still "belt it out" maybe you should check out some of the bootlegs. Besides you can't compare the 2 voices and the music. they are totally different, Baz' is more of an opera type singer, Axl is just raspy and unique. His voice is perfect for GNR. Axl also runs around the stage a lot as oppose of just standing still and singing.
