The speaking voice at the beginning and at the end is of Mimi Chu. All that Rosanne Lui said at the end of the song is "多謝"(thank you) which is overwhelmed by the voice of Mimi Chu. This is one of my favourite songs by Paula Tsui. For Rosanne, the key is a little too low though, not in her best singing range, but undeniably, she is a good singer.

唔係好明點解呢啲咁有演唱實力嘅歌手; 會唔夠而家嗰啲唱到不知所謂嘅偶像歌手紅 !
其中可能係巿場絕大部份由啲睇人多過聽歌嘅仔妹承托，只要有樣貌/青春; 拍戲劇上咗位，就阿豬阿狗都做到歌手; 歌藝欠奉都大把人捧 !
另一可能係而家興啲所謂潮流唱腔; 乸埋晒口面好似便秘咁先唧到個音出嚟嗰隻，真係戥佢哋辛苦 ! 反而呢啲實力歌手自然流暢; 令人聽得舒服嘅悅耳唱腔，就唔係咁多人欣賞 !

Everybody has their own style of singing. Obviously, she is not comparable to Paula Tsui, but I still admire her singing.
