a unica diferença é causada pela caixa de madeira e a acustica do estudio que é dificil do

software simular... Seriam dezenas de micro reverberações para simular o som do mesmo jeito.

o custo seria astronomico. Motivo do software não ser igual. Não vale a pena!!!!! ponto....

aposto que se o guitar rig estivesse ligado na mesma caixa do ampli dificilmente seria possivel diferenciar!!!!

my guess is that 1 was GR5 and 2 was the amp - clarity is what GR need to work on... TH2 is closer to the Clearity sounds, I find. I love GR 5 though

The 1st sounded digital and thin. But not bad if layered in studio. You wouldn't want that to be your stage sound.

The second had more warmth and thickness. More pleasing to the ear.

The 2nd is the MB.

O primeiro é o Mesa Boogie, e o Segundo é o Guitar Rig. reconheço pelo timbre que o Gustavo Guerra tira das suas gravações microfonando seu amp.

Essa de simulador é simulador, Amp é Amp não existe mais.

Você pode ser até bom o suficiente pra distinguir os 2 assim, mas com o CD masterizado você não consegue distinguir.

pah - with today's mixing and editing techniques you can make amps sound like other amps with just a few mouse clicks. and so you can make GR sound like a real amp and a real amp sound like GR. if GR differs in sound anyway if used properly.. ;)

Guitar Rig still can't keep up with a real amp .... takes about 2 seconds and you do hear that it's modeled ... especially with a lot of distortion!! Listen to Digidesign's Eleven Rack and I bet that almost no one can hear a difference if the preset is properly tuned!! Eleven Rack is the most amazing modeler I've ever heard!

@designjungwirth I disagree, some 11 rack sounds sound worse than GR5 presets.. Go listen to Overlouds TH2's sounds sometimes.... up there with GR5 and 11 Rack... Axe FX is good ...

Eu já estou usando o GR5 ao vivo. Estou super satisfeito. Essa discussão sobre digital e valvulados fica mesmo no nível dos guitarristas, pois o público ouvinte, que curte música, atualmente não percebe nenhuma diferença entre um simulador e um amp valvulado. Essa é a verdade.

Independente de qualquer coisa, gostei muito mais do primeiro som, está mais orgânico, mais vivo e mais definido, sem comentários. Muito bom mesmo. Estou apostando na virtualização, pois para mim é mais acessível e assim como eu todos pode experimentar e ter sons clássicos em suas casa e em suas produções. Valeu Gustavo! Mandou super bem!

Test 1 tone is definitely from the Mesa Boogie amp ... Test 2 is from Guitar Rig. They both sound good. Depends if you want a more realistic sound, GGuerra ... If you want a realistic sound, go with the Mesa Boogie... otherwise, Guitar Rig sounds good.

But its a matter of taste, some scenarios you dont want a sound scooped for example.

Test 1 sounds much more responsive to the pick and test 2 sags more, i prefer tone 2 because of the sweeter bass response and less agressive overdrive. i'm not sure which is the amp or software becuase i'm sure they can sound as good as each other, also mic placement etc has alot to do with tone, valves aren't everything, computer's can simulate them effectively now. it will be interesting to hear which one is the real amp :)
