  • i like how the rza is just flowin about getting his dick sucked... lol

  • a poor man's lodi dodi. and i am a huge wu fan.

  • loving the beat and the flows, but if it was realy freestyle they wouldnt know each others words? Hang on freestyle does mean making stuff up streight of the top doesnt it? opposing the other meaning of just saying rehearsed stuff live

  • @c0rnf1ake No. Freestyle means exactly what they are doing. To make the style free. Meaning, they can say it how they want. Ex., u see when they did the hook, they were playing around with. They are all using verses from different songs. So freestyle is just how you present the track. You can do "off the top of the head" when you freestyle. But it means to be free with it, whether made up or used from another song. People don't want to hear a bunch of rhymers unrehearsed. It would be sloppy

  • @c0rnf1ake People have a misconception about freestyle. Im an mc. To go off the top of the head it takes practice. To write music it takes practice. They believe that if you are an mc you should be to freestyle. Fact is, they are two different things. If you practice one, it's hard to practice the other. I noticed when I went to stations freestyling, it wasn't the same. Every second on radio or video is critical for an mc, and not much room for error. They can lose fans.

  • @CALICOTV301 yeah I can imagine. I mean, I dont blame an MC for going over rehearsed lines roughly in concert because they are under a so much pressure. Esecially if hundreds are watching. I thnk its important that they can freestyle at times though like when he with his crew. If these guys couldnt freestyle spontaniousley would you lose respect? Have you seen the freestyle of wu tang vs freestyle fellowship?

  • @c0rnf1ake Well, it's like this. Freestyle is not something that everyone can do for many reasons, and I believe the most common one is memory. Meaning, it's the ability to think fast. It's not possible for everyone. This may be the deep side, but it results in memory. Some people have bad short term, and reflex, some stutter, some don't hear sound as others do. Fans don't understand that and just expect because they are an mc they should be able to do it.

  • @c0rnf1ake Fact is. Some artists can memorize their bars after reading the paper a few times, while others read off the paper, and don't memorize the song until after they hear the song a few times. Freestyling is using exactly what's in the front of your memory, and what you can pull up immediately. So, no respect lost for anyone who can't freestyle. MCs practice at 3 different things A. Being A Good Rhyme Writer B. A Good Battler C. A Good Freestyler

  • @c0rnf1ake cont. You usually can find two out of the the three, but rarely all three. Why? Battle rhymes have a certain technique, most people set the first few lines up for the punchline. Ex., with a your moms on my nutsac line. One would say, "Trust that, a DJ couldn't cut that, Im not trippin your moms on my NUTSAC!" When all along, the other lines meant nothing and the punchline is what they were going for.

  • @c0rnf1ake With fresstyling you usually need a certain type of beat. You will notice that many rappers use "uh" or curses as fillers. That gives them time to think about the next line. Writing songs is a different thing too. Well, sorry for the lesson. I've had my battle stages (and have battled with or around some of the familiar names), I had my freestyle stages too, but songs is where I've arrived at. All of them are different techniques, but it's smarter to focus on and strengthen one.

  • @CALICOTV301 word. nah man i like the info. I like to write rhymes as a side hobby, and do some freestyling in my room when a funky beat really gets me out my seat. where can I find your stuff? anyway. I love hearing and trying to create clever word play in lyrics and content that takes you away to somewhere else. Not sure about my ability at freestyling like, getting better I think I just need to invent --more content to --- keep people constant suspense. Im just doing it for the fun though.

  • @c0rnf1ake Yeah! Definitely! That's what's it about bro! If the beat moves you. In addition, write for you. Just like you said "hobby." When we fish, golf, or whatever it is we do, it's to make us happy. My music can be checked out on my page. It definitely does that, take you somewhere. Music is life! Peace bro, and good luck on your music. Be the greatest at it!

  • @CALICOTV301 just checked some of your tracks. nice lyricism! cheers bro. keep doing your thing

  • @c0rnf1ake Much respect. Thanks and cheers! Looking forward to hearing your music and hearing you become and addition to the Hip Hop movement. Peace

  • @c0rnf1ake u sound like a fake ass rapper. ru a wanna b? tryin' 2 come up or in the biz? please stop if u r

  • @MySupertay i said i do it as a hobby dick head so what is it to you? Hating is the release of discomfort so whats bothering you? Prick. And EY, im no fucking fake ass im well into underground sound of deep lyrics. A lot deeper that Wu Tang anyway generally. Id never call myself a rapper or try and freestyle in public until I knew I was getting it, apart from just pissing about with a friend or 2. I love and respect hip hop too much and the revolutionaries that went before.

NONE...stop critizing the greats you fucking amature

  • @Iroh624 i probably shouldnt even dignify your ignorance with a response but ill play along cuz your funny, judgin from how u type your raps probably suck, needing to curse at the end of every sentence cuz you mistakeningly think it gives your words more substance, and infact alot of people work great off of the head its not impossible, and no ones criticizing(learn to spell) its being honest as opposed to always ridin dick cuz some one is a legend, they got down its just not a free
