  • From all the videos I've seen, even though I've never been to it, you can see USS Arizona right below your feet. Some parts of her even stick up above the water - or used to. That part of battleship row was about 40 feet to the bottom, I think. That battlewagon laid down in her final resting place and from all I've seen, people can go to the memorial and see the ship right underneath them. Not sure but, asked another poster.....I think the NPS administers it today and it's a National Cemetery?

  • must be pretty awkward for a jap to go here (today).

  • I got to go visit pearl harbor in Hawaii! it was so great! I got to see the USS Arizona. i even took some pictures there and bought some stuff. i even have the news paper on the day of the pearl harbor! I am doing a 5 page essay on pearl harbor. I can't stay away form this stuff. Its so amazing. It probably one of the three things that interest me the most. The other two are the 1960's and Greek Mythology. Go to national Geographic to find good information. They have some pretty great info.

  • Very well done. A very respectful tribute to those who gave us so much. Thank You
