i read looking for alaska knowing nothing about it except that john green wrote it, and when i got to the part where she died, it was in the middle of free reading in english and i was so shocked and saddened by it that i had to physically calm myself. It is one of the best books ive read, and when i was reading it in english, i was crying without knowing it and my friends thought one of my family members had died.

@Fishilisation Ahhhh! Personally, I think that is the most overrated quotation out of the whole book. That one is beautiful, but I think there are much better ones, like "imagining the future is a form of nostalgia" and "I believe now that we are greater than the sum of our parts".

I read "Looking For Alaska" for the first time when I was in the 7th grade. Ever since, Ive been reading it once a year. I've read all your books except am currently reading "Will Grayson Will Grayson" and I think they ALL are the best books ever. I LOVE "Looking For Alaska" I can't wait for the movie.
